Interesting - last night on ESPN 3, the commentator at halftime of the Manhattan-St. Peter's game, picked his "MAAC all first team". They were as follows:
Justin Robinson, Monmouth, Player of the Year AJ English, Iona Brett Bisping, Siena Shane Richards, Manhattan Marcus Gilbert, Fairfield
I think player of the year will be a close vote, but then, I could be wrong.

Is Hart back yet? IMO Marist plays better without him than with him judging from watching the last several gems with him on the bench.

can someone be on rookie team and on one of the 3 ALL-MAAC? i mean 2 or 3 of the rookies have been as good as some of the vets this year. Should be a season award, not a career award for some guys.

If I am filling out a ballot, I would figure out a way to get Jones on an all league team as well as Washington. Plus Thomas at Rider is having a very solid season. I'd take valenti off, maybe welton. I'd move Williams to 2nd team and McMillan to 3rd.

I think Robinson runs away with it. English is awesome when he's on but he struggled with FG% for a good portion of the year.

I think you have to have Jordan Washington on one of the three teams. Poor sportsmanship issues aside, he's among the top 5 big men in the league.

Marquis deserves to be on the 1st or 2nd team. You can't penalize him due to injury. As stated, he's Siena's best player. Mc Millan and Scott were gunners. Mc Millan 41.7 from field & 34.2 from 3; Scott 40.8 from field & 28.8 from 3; Marquis 45.3 from field & 49.0 from 3.
