You're not wrong. Although, Hofstra wasn't exactly a shit game so I'd add that one in. Regarding second best offense and defense... Not sure I agree considering they played UK and have a higher rates sbu twice. But still, your point remains. Siena should statistically be a good game this year when in years past our rpi dropped beating a shity maac team on the "road" *shots fired, shots fired* You're right, someone was talking to me, I missed one. Ok more like 3rd and 3rd ish but still most of the teams UA has face are 1 dimensional....just like Siena has faced.

Wow...that is some real insight from 'talented' beat writers on that TU blog. Where's Jarboe when you need him.

Nervous because our fanbase is delusional. That's how I read into it. IMHO...only those who think we can be the next Gonzaga or Butler are over the top. Most just want to never fall out of the top tier of the MAAC and run a clean, competitive program that goes to the dance on a regular basis. A rational Siena fan is the norm, not the exception. This board tends to attract the lunatic fringe on occasion. They should not be confused with the vast majority of Siena fans.

whats wrong with him hurt--or just one of those things? Not hurts based on what I know... Just can't seem to get any traction. He's historically much better than this. Just odd... If he played for Siena Patsos would be blamed for his demise.

Right now brown is going with 3 year track record as opposed to last 10 games. Still mind boggling though. If he breaks out as he's likely due... That would be nice.

I honestly haven't heard any Gonzaga/Butler talk for a long time. Right now I just a winning program and make a run at the MAAC championship. And beating Albany and Vermont for a change!

Siena needs to keep Hooley wrapped up; they leave him open they will get torched.

Are you part of the lunatic fringe? Are you? I think the people that have low expectations get what they ask for. I'm sure the people at Valparaiso or Gonzaga didn't strive for mediocrity. Only losers do that. Are you a loser?

Brown great big game coach, this is the big game for UA outside of AE championship, game. He'll use every psychological trick to get his team up and the Siena team down. Nothing wrong with that, that's coaching. If the Siena players are tired of being second rate they will come to play, and if they do, it will be run, run and run some more. If JP had turned them loose last year like he did the last 8-10 minutes game would have been closer, UA still would have won but score much closer. With exception of Singletary Sanders Siena more athletic, lot also comes down to how the gentlemen in the strip shirts let them play.
Here is a question, Tony brought this up, is it UA that will not schedule games against top tier of MAAC or those teams not willing to play them. Interesting in that Siena has been the only top rated MAAC team they have scheduled.

I'll say this, Brown, who has lived in this area the last 20 years, totally understands what this game means to the fans in the Capital District. Not sure JP ever will..... JP understands, he just hasn't been able to do anything about it... but he fully understands it. What are you going to say when you're 0 2. No way you are a Siena coach and don't understand the magnitude of this game. If you don't you don't belong here. You're really selling your boy short on that one HJ. Your buddy is much smarter than that.... BTW I think this is the year he gets it !
