They won! Mitch was interviewing Ali, kind of weird.

According to the Siena article, the Women have now won 9 road games which ties them for 3rd this year. Way to go!!! Now let's also win some more home games too.
I like our chances in the tournament, but may not win three due to short bench. It'd be great to win one or two though and build for next year.

Saints win again today. IMHO Ali should get MAAC Coach of the Year for winning with half a team.

Saints win again today. IMHO Ali should get MAAC Coach of the Year for winning with half a team. I'd like to add that Siena (with only 7) beat a team that had 14 players. Siena was up at least 15 until Monouth hit like 5 threes in a row (3 of them from 5 feet beyond the arc). Siena still held one up by 2 with 2 mins to go.

I'd like to hear Steve Amedio's take that Gina shouldn't have been fired. 8 straight losing seasons. He won't give any kudos to Ali regardless of the situation. With a healthy return of the injured players plus another stellar recruiting class I foresee the Lady Saints being picked 2nd or 3rd next year behind Marist and Fairfield. Quinnipiac and Iona are suffering major losses to graduation. As Ali always ends her interviews...GO SAINTS!

Even though I never made it to a game I check the standings now--- it's nice to see what she has done so far! I have seen that Siena has lost all the games Ito teams in front of them and none to teams behind them-- to me that's a sign of good coaching. The future seems bright.
