So, do you guys still want to play that fantastic 2-3 zone? Albany played 2 – 3 zone most of the game, and what offense did we run? We matched up to their 2-3 zone. When we were in the 2-3 zone, Albany had 3 guys out front, popping wide open shots. This isn’t a hard game, but Jimmy sure makes it look hard. How many lay ups did Albany get on our press? How many times did we steal the ball away 1 or 2 times? FT Albany 29/32 Siena 15/24 Game over If Jimmy had any smarts he'd have Siena in the ARC right now shooting 500 foul shots apiece and practicing rebounding. As bad as they were tonight if they were better fundamentally in these two areas they win the game.

The only thing that can save next year is if Jimmy gets a junior college player that can score. I said this about Mitch he didn’t and he lost his job. Think long and hard Jimmy, learn from other peoples mistakes.

Think long and hard Jimmy, learn from other peoples mistakes. Jimmy said in the PC that he liked Singletary but couldn't "recruit him". I call BS. Why can't Siena recruit JUCO players? I would agree that we need to look for an athletic shooter and relying on a frosh is a dicey proposition next year. If this year ends up around .500 (still early but a lot of concerns) Jimmy is going to have some major pressure next year.

If JP wants to keep his job, he needs to shake up his staff, and find recuiters with contacts in NYC-NJ aea. The B,more markeet will not get it done. Siena needs a new AD, not promote the bastard to a VP.
The Franciscans should limit their role to teh Church and let better people do everything else. It's time for our weak Board of Trustees to allow Siena to grow.

JP needs either a 2 or 3 who is athletic and can create his own shot.

Give Albany credit - they executed and hit their shots, esp FTs. Poole's got to get out of this funk - He's a better player than he has shown most games. Not much from Lavon & JO, with Brett out is going to kill you. Yeah, Marquis should not be our leading rebounder.

You were down double digits more then half the game. You needed to do a lot more then hit your fts to win this one. What game were you watching, you got waxed. You turned Albany over twice as my times ad your to and still never threatened.

We got so called waxed by playing zone against a team that was shooting above their average. Hooley and Singletery are good players, they will not shoot that well the rest of the year. What game were you watching. Albany played a great game, Siena did not.

The team lacks talent, athleticism and speed. Some are seeing the light....others still holding out false hope

Good game UA. Give credit where credit is due. They shot lights out from 3 And FTs (where we put them plenty).
No Silas and no Bisping means we have a lack of rebounding for the rest of the year. Was hoping a more guard-heavy lineup would mean some more offensive production, but not so much.

Best part of the game was the extra cold beer I got at the concession stand. It was at the point of almost being frozen. Made that train wreck of a game bearable.

We need our alleged best from court player to show up too. 2 points and 5 fouls doesn't cut it But the 3 is his best position! Ya right, put him back at the 4 where he belongs. Thats where he played most of the night when he wasnt playing the 5... he played 5 or 6 mins in the first half after picking up his 2nd foul in the first 5 min. He ended up playing 21 mins and fouled out playing big... the difference with this team at this point is the lack of big bodies as the fouls add up. Lavon started at the 3 but played much more 4 and 5 tonight. So that's not it 2 pts 3rbs 2Ast 2Stls and 0 turnovers. And we lost

Long was terrible and how can your starting point guard be your leading rebounder with 9 and Evan be next with 3? JO and Willem didn't show up on the boards again. Second game in a row this has happened. Alot of long rebounds. The smallest guys on the floor were not grabbing boards amonst the trees

JP is a hack in half court, but I can't condemn him minus Bisping...They were already limited.
