This is very sad. The excuses for taxing, it never stops. Infrastructure per capita in California shouldn't be going up but rather down.
Pretty soon, you won't be able to burn wood in a fireplace without a tax. I just love these liberals who claim they are all about freedom but feel the need to tax and regulate every liberty we have.
