Seven in a row. One more win & we're in the World Series!!! The 29 year wait has been worth it so far.
Assuming we (KC) doesn't blow the next 4 games, I'm almost rooting for San Fran so we'll have a battle of Wild Cards World Series.

Surprised nobody has mentioned the Siena connection yet. Our own Matt Gage went head to head with one of the pitching stars of the Royals this past summer, and outlasted Brandon Finnegan in the College World Series. Our own Matt Gage went head to head with one of the pitching stars of the Royals this past summer, and outlasted Brandon Finnegan in the College World Series. Giants kicking our butts. Nothing like waiting until the 7th to score. Maybe they still have some magic left but I've already given up on this game and hope to win the next one.

I can't complain. The Royals gave me a season to remember. Congratulations to the Giants. Hopefully, it's not another 29 years until we make the playoffs again.  |
