Are you disagreeing that the implementation of ACA has been delayed? Why isn't the link I gave with a legal analysis objective? Because it comes from Fox? Don't you have google? Read the order? Another lib denying history. Yeah - I'm a lib. Wow! Are you denying the implementation was delayed for corporations and not for individuals?

Are you denying the implementation was delayed for corporations and not for individuals? No, not at all. And I apologize for the quick dismissal before. I reacted because you put up a link with no explanation and I actually do discount (or at least have to think long and hard) reports from Fox. This one had a generic headline so I didn't give it the time I should have. I do the same with links/reports from MSNBC. Agree or not, both have a bias. But to your point, there is a lot of questioning about the legality of the delay by Exec action. Not a legal scholar, so I can't say definitively, but it does seem to be potential impropriety. Nobody is making a big deal about it because the results are what the Republicans (and Tea-Partiers) wanted before the Oct 1 deadline. Isn't this kind of what the shutdown was about? I can only assume this is why a bigger deal has not been made about it. If they really wanted to push it couldn't/shouldn't somebody have filed a lawsuit - like Paul is doing with the security invasion? I do hope that people keep the checks/balance in play if it appears that Obama is overstepping his bounds re: Executive actions. Merely Obama's saying he wants to use the pen to enact changes does not make it wrong. But let's hope the proper checks are in place to watch for it, esp given the threat. I would like to hear what an Obama supporter has to say with regard to the delay of part of ACA by this Exec Action.

FLASHBACK : Obama Attacked Trying "To Hide Behind Executive Privilege"
And if the Republicans see a problem with an exec action they should bring this up. There were so many instances of Obama criticizing Bush back in '08 for same things Obama did in his first term. They did not take advantage. Priebus is pretty ineffective in his role. Why do they keep him?
