Well there my point Brady isn't making huge Bucks after being at JMU for what 5 years and a NCAA bid.. he was making peanuts at Marist. And Upstate what add on aren't part of the public record--if I remember correctly you can view Browns Entire contract since its a public institution and all forms of compensation are supposed to be reported and "taxed" Will Brown contract was listed at 248K with a total compensation of 296K for 2012..are you saying that isn't correct ? And/or SUNY isn't reporting all income they pay Brown? No, I'm not doubting your figures. I'm saying usually when a contract is reported, they only report base salary. All the add ons, like in Brady's contract, are usually not discussed in the media and I thought that was the question asked. Brady's salary is $302k and that was reported. He also receives $18k for an auto, $10K discretionary, and a country club membership, which I didn't look up the cost. He also gets income from the camp which is allowed by the contract. So base salary would be reported in the media as $302k, but it's in excess of $330k easily. Brown just signed an extension, I haven't attempted to view. But some of the dollar amounts (like Brady's country club) I'm sure won't be included.
