Canisius lost to a D2 school by 14 points. How bad is the MAAC this year?
I see no reason why Siena shouldn't be at least .500 or hopefully better. I would not even rule out a top 3 finish behind Manhattan and Iona depending on how quickly the freshmen continue to develope.

UA shot lights out across the board tonight. Took a little away from that Bucknell game I guess.

other interesting scores from 11/26:
La Tech 103, Illinois Chicago 78. 30 fouls for the FLames, a game with Siena would probably last longer than football.
Gonzaga 113, Chaminade 81. Ahh Chaminade, the most popular DII destination school in America.
Norfolk State 105, Stillman 83. Don't worry Stillman, there is always Canisius:
Metro State 83, Canisius 69. Can somebody tell the Griffs that the season started?
Penn State 84 Monmouth 52. I guess Ensor should have invited Metro State.
Syracuse 92, California 81
St. John's 65, Longwood 47
Pennsylvania 85, Niagara 66-- Pennsylvania teams crushing the maac
St. Peter's 70, Binghamton 57. 364 fans at the Yanitelli Center (likely 36.4 actually)
Fordham 79, Manhattan 75 The Jaspers led by 6 with 6 to play but scored only 2 points in the final 4 minutes.
Buffalo 81, Robert Morris 66
NC Central 101, Barber-Scotia 46 Reggie Groves 10-13 from Big Papi land
Charleston Southern 105, Trinity FL 58 13 players scored for the buccanneers
Fairleigh Dickinson 73, Rutgers 72 Maybe throwing balls at players heads DOES work?
Colgate 98, Tulane 86 The Raiders average 12 three pointers per game
Belmont 102, Brescia 68 The Bruins had 59 points in the first half
St. Bonaventure 70, Wagner 67
Oregon State 101, SIU edwardsville 81 Looks impressive until you see 33 free throws made for the Beavers

I would not even rule out a top 3 finish behind Manhattan and Iona depending on how quickly the freshmen continue to develope. I'm nearing the point where this season will be a disappointment if they don't finish top 3, the MAAC stinks this year. To be fair, Metro St. is the #1 ranked D2 school in the country, they're 3-1 against D1 teams this year and the only loss was a 3 point loss to URI. I still believe that Canisius is not going to be as good as some expected, but this isn't as thoroughly embarassing a loss as it looks on paper. With that said, the MAAC as a whole is certainly struggling. I maintain that Quinnipiac is looking like the strongest, most consistent team at the moment. They crushed a (admittedly bad) Maine team earlier in the week, but in that win they had THREE players with double-doubles. They're going to be a nightmare on the boards.
