Real fun game tonight- win or lose it was a pleasure to watch the Saints battle- against a bigger stronger and much older team . Was happy with entire team, Bonnies face guarded Poole entire game and rest of the team came up big. Wright just gets smoother every game out, White looks more comfortable , Long is just a man out there already as a freshmen . Even Evan played some D tonight. Bisping..what can you say by far his best effort as a Saint. Silas was rejecting shots like crazy inside.
Still going to be plenty of ups and downs this year—but this team is going to do nothing but get better as season wears on. Hang on its going to be a fun ride the next several years with this group

Long played very well tonight as usual but he's going home with at least one of Bisping's blocks. They should at least cuddle or something.

This win has to hurt Bonnies.. we played mainly freshmen, they have all upperclassman- this was the year to beat Jimmy- it wont get any easier over next few years

Bisping has quietly played very well all season. If you'd have told me he'd have 5 (really 7) blocked shots after 4 games, I'd of said you were crazy. If he's playing this well you have to play the kid. He's smart, he doesn't make mistakes, makes his FTs, and he can hit threes.
He was WAYYY wide open after setting a screen for Poole midway thru second half, and I was screaming to pass it to him. He finally got his look later.

this was by far Bispings best game-- he played hard and most importantly didn't have the deer in the headlight look he has had all season ..not sure what happened to him, but this game was coming out party..Hopefully JO is back soon-- and BTW if JO doesn't go down early I think we win this game rather easily

We need JO though. We need the fouls to give the way we play...and the extra shotblocker.

Hope JO is back quickly. Stay in shape and focused Marcus, your redshirt may get bleached.

Jimmy says he will be out a week- but what I heard he was NOT putting weight on the ankle.
Uh oh.

On another note: I know Poole has been great but it was obvious the jumper wasn't fall tonight. I thought Oliver should have played more. He keeps his 50% shooting alive.

This game highlights why redshirting Wolfe was a nonstarter. WTG Saints!

Win by committee, great team effort. Hymes played within himself, Bisping nice all around game really stepped up. silas as well. The freshman are not really playing like freshman. Long he's special.White Wright Wolfe nice job. Losing JO is going to hurt hope he mends quickly.

Poole was Bonnies main focus on defense-- Bon nies were not going to let Poole beat them , his presence on court opened things up for others players-- and to Siena players credit they took advantage

Poole's first three FG attempts were all in and out. If one or two stays down, it might have been different for him in terms of points. He also gad two pretty quick fouls, which probably did not help.
Jimmy got a lot of basketball from a lot of guys, as the saying goes. We were forced to go almost exclusively with Wright, Hymes, White Poole and Bisping down the stretch. With JO hurt and Imoh and Lavon having fouled out, the guys really came together and hung tough. Great win for the kids and great once again to e a Siena fan.
