I think I like them a lot, but I need more time to tell, two things:
1. How much do the players improve and stop making the same repetitious mistakes. They are already playing harder and I see the improvement in Imoh in just how he brings it and is making his layups. 2. Can they recuit on eimpact player in the spring

The staff's job#1 is keeping Coach JP in the game. If JP gets thrown out of the game, that would be devastating to this young team. Job# 2 is to make sure coach gets a dry shirt at half time.

Obvious bait, but at this time the only conclusion you can draw is that they understand and buy into Jimmy and his system and that, based on the freshman class they recruited along with Jimmy, they can flat out evaluate talent and sign it. Bait? I am honestly confused.

Okay, to address everyone who jumped on me at once: I understand you guys can't accept that ANYTHING bad has ever happened at Siena. I said many players STAYED THE SAME OR REGRESSED. Look at their careers objectively and you will see the same. Since MTS is the only one who posted stats, I'll say, maybe you should look at them closer. Franklin had his WORST shooting year as a SR, and based on MPG, his other numbers were all about career average. Considering injuries hampering him as a Soph, I contend that was his best year. As for others who talk about awards meaning that was a players best year:Kenny's best year, JR, he was Mid Major Player of the Year(even though Jason Thompson was MAAC POY). That was also Alex's best season(he was Soph). Was still great 2 years later when he won POY, but not improved in any measurable way.

There's no way Franklin's POY year was not his best year. The miniscule drop in shooting percentage was due to the fact that he carried us thru Ubiles' injury, Moore's shooting woes, and the loss of Kenny. Franklin took more jumpers his senior year and was more involved in end of shotclock situations as a result as the go to guy. That guy absolutely carried us all year. His jumper was so much improved. If you want an example, use Moore's shooting.

The thread was about Jimmy's staff and I said they seem to be doing good in the development aspect as opposed to previous years. Everyone else took the thread off topic and I followed. No more.

Well, I can't post 10 or 20 years of game film here, kind of have to use stats as a reference. Maybe people took this the wrong way. I never said anything bad about these players. The player development is the responsibility of the coaching staff, the trainer, and the strength coach. My post said they seem to be doing better. That's all.

You're posting at a 2.5/1 ellipses/multiple punctuation ratio. A slight decline from last season but still strong. Keep it up and you'll be in consideration for Poster of Year contention.

I didn't like Upstate's generalization in players not improving simply by looking at the stats. While in some cases the stats do reflect a player improving all the players Upstate noted did in fact get better even if their numbers/stats don't reflect this.
