1.This is when leaders need to step up-looks like it might be Poole! Hopefully he lit a fire under the players or called a team meeting!
2. This game was not on Bisping. Missed opportunities/shots was a team effort. Hell JO has 3 missed shots right under the basket, Hymes/Oliver played like crap and White was brick central!

I don’t think Jimmy was blaming Bisping—more a synopsis on how the game went—Vermont is dunking and we are missing layups. Plenty of blame to go around. Playing 5 freshmen on the road early in the season in a hostile environment is not a recipe for success. Team needs to plug along, we have to figure out a way to stop fouling. And we have to keep Javion on the floor; he is by far our best big man.

Javion has had more bad calls against him than anyone, and as was noted by someone in a previous thread, he's being hung out to dry when the guards won't play defense. All of Siena's bigs are in foul trouble every game and it's not really their fault. And as was pointed out by Siena's announcers at the Vermont game, this was against probably the 2 slowest teams on their schedule. It's getting scary. I really thought this team was better than it is.

The rest were STREAKY AT BEST and the bigs are compensating for the lack of defense from the guards, HOWEVER, Robbie was also working his ass off to put the ball in the basket as he seemed to be the only one who could it the ocean from a boat. WAY to many missed conversions from 10 feet or less, including the spectacular four missed layups after the tip off. This Vermont team has little to no handle, no real speed and not much athletic ability IMHO. Not panicking by any means but need to see some things turn around pretty quickly. I too thought that this team (from all the hype) was talented enough not to look this ugly at this point.

Looking at the video ..the the one thing that would troubling is the team not practicing well! Again I'm sure Jimmy is doing all he can. But someone has to step up in the locker room - and get on the other players asses if they are not giving 100%. Both at practice and in in the game !!!! Come on boys ..someone " pull a Jimmy " AND GO NUTS!!
