Great story. It's great to have him at Siena and it shows that we can "hate" Albany State (I'm an old guy; they will always be Albany State) and still respect everyone who represents them well.

WOW! I always liked him. Now I love him. Great addition to the staff. This is the kind of role model we need for our young men.

Thanks for passing that along to us Tony. Great story. We are very fortunate to have Lucious on staff - he will help these young men on and off the court through the life lessons he has personally experienced. He is a great guy and has already endeared himself to this team. Loved the comments about how the UA kids hated Siena - not news but funny to see it in print. Truth be told we weren't too crazy about them either. I hope we blow them out of the building on Friday.

This was a great article. I spent several minutes talking with him at the sneak preview, and came away totally impressed by how genuine and open he was, and feeling that he would be heading his own program in the not to distant future. He seams like a real leader to me.

Just another game...amirite? Of course it’s not just another game- having said that it’s not Siena’s super bowl like it is for UA. As long as the schools current conference affiliations stay the way they are it’s a game Siena should usually win. I can see UA fans being especially “antsy” this year, as this year is probably the last decent chance for UA to win for quite some time. I honestly don’t know what to expect. Siena has so many new comers, and UA has nobody of note returning in backcourt - but given Siena has a better coach- Saints in a nailbiter

Just another game...amirite? Ha! Brown was on Wyland's show yesterday. Kept discounting us saying UA was only concerned about UA - coach speak. Then said they knew us, had film, knew the kids. Made some strong suggestions that they will try and muscle our young guys. Wyland expressed concern about some big stiff from Europe who he characterized as "foul prone". Brown said yes, the kid has a brother who is big into martial arts! Then said the stiff likes to hit, get hit and then asks to get hit again and that he will DEFINITELY see time early! I guess if all you have are big stiffs you have to play a different game. The zebras will likely become the focal point of this game. Hope our young guys hold their composure. Should be interesting.

Siena is much more athletic upfront than UA...UA will struggle with Long/JO/ Wolfe.. apparently Brown is going to try and intimidate them ..if our guys stay composed and hit their foul shots, they will stick Browns strategy right up his whiny ass
