www.sienasaints.com/sports/m-baskbl/spec-rel/083013aaa.html6'3 200 is great size for a SG as a freshman. My starters would be (maybe not to start the season but by midseason) PG: Wright SG: White SF: Poole SF: Long C: Silas Yes I listed two SFs because at least on offense that is what we would have... Lavon brings another demention to SF along with Poole. Starting three frosh is a lot but if they are ready to go...why not? It will pay off big down the road. The top three off the bench are Hymes, Bisping, and Javion. If Cole is eligible that changes the rotation again and maybe allows Siena to redshirt Wolfe.

Having watched Michael Wolfe from three feet away while he was defending an in bounds pass I can assure you that he is physically not fragile and doesn't need to red shirt. His skills are much above what Saints fans are used to seeing in a big man.. I believe he can be a solid contributor this season.

I don’t think Wolfe would be redshirted because he can’t play, more or less who would he play ahead of Silis? JO, Bisping. And given he weighs 200lbs would it be more advantageous to have Wolfe available a 5th year vs. playing 10 min a game ( or less this year) I have no inside knowledge on this, but I am of the believe if Cole gets his wavier Wolfe will be redshirted , if not my guess is he plays this year ..and I get they play different positions- it’s more of a numbers game given that Jimmy will play 8 or 9 guys—assuming Silas- JO- Bisping- Long- Poole- Hymes- White and Wright are top 8..if Cole enters that group that’s 9

Yes Wolfe is very athletic and he can shoot...perfect face up 4....I really dont see Lavon taking all the mins from guys like Wolfe and Bisping as well as JO that I see as a 4/5....Wolfe is just young and still gaining those man muscles ...also someone said before that a redshirt on our level could be so good that they graduate the 4th year and go higher alot of times

I'd rather see Wolfe on the active roster this year. I like the added depth on the front line and his ability to hit from the outside. Plus I'm just greedy to see him play right away, even if it is for limited minutes.
