Buried in the below linked article by Dennis Dodd of CBS Sports is a note that the Big Ten may expand once again and add 2 teams which, if that occurs would set off a chain reaction of teams moving to replace the 2 teams that move to the Big Ten. The re have been speculation about what schools would bolt to join the Big Ten. Many believe that UNC and Georgia Tech from the ACC would bolt if Maryland's ongoing lawsuit with the ACC over the $50M exit fee goes Maryland's way. What does this mean to Siena with regaed to conference allignment? Not much since the replacements would be FBS schools thereby not having any effect on the MAAC of the A10. Indirectly however it has a lot of meaning to the non BCS schools because it will tighten control of college athletics in the hands of the power conferences. www.cbssports.com/collegefootball/blog/dennis-dodd/22952413/best-of-college-footballs-preseason-media-days
