You should call yourself PRPPC. It looks like you do a great job with all your roles by the way. Thanks again.

The most important part of basketball is dribbling. If you can’t dribble, you can’t shoot. Anyone can hit the wide open shot. But with a man in your face, it’s the dribble that creates the shot. The set up shooter is becoming a thing of the past, because the man to man defense now is very aggressive. If you can’t dribble you will never be a great player. It’s all about dribbling, speed and shooting. You can improve on each, put it really comes down to either you have the ability or not. And it looks like your son may have that ability. I can’t wait to see your son play.

PPC - has posted several videos of Lavon and I am certain most of us have appreciated them. In this video in particular I saw something I liked - even though the ball at times didn't go cleanly between the legs he handled it without deviation to the dribble. A lot of kids, probably even most kids would have to quickly fumble to recover the ball and would stop their dribble in the process. Good stuff!
On the flip side: there are LOTS of times in this video and others that Lavon 'presents' or exposes the ball. In college teams will key in on that so there is one area for improvement. ;-)
Really looking forward to see Lavon and the whole team this fall.
Go Saints!

Thanks for that....always room for improvement ...this is just the begining Patsos and crew have not broke him down yet to build him up....Lavon is a sponge right now ready to absorb the knowledge

I love what I see. He's just starting his career. The potential, the talent AND the work ethic are all there. It's exciting to see where he is at. All of us that are parents know how important you have been PPC in his life to get him to where he is today, skill wise as well as academically. It's going to be fun to watch this young man grow. You have allowed us the privilege to see so much that fans don't usually get to see. It sure has helped us get thru this dead part of the off season. Thank you.

Thanks for that...Lavon is a humble guy that doesnt read his own press clippings...I do not want my posting to make the fans Believe otherwise....I am very proud of him and just want to share with the fans... making the videos helps me get through the off season as well.

I hear you and love to do the same with my boys on the soccer field and golf course. Here is a neat little sample recorded by another Lincoln HS parent watching our boys at the Thomas University team camp. www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5xLxt-3ngc&feature=youtu.be
