With Florida state declaring themselves national champions, it got me to thinking about recognition for Siena. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but it looks like the only two teams from ny definitely in the tournament were Siena and Hofstra. Hofstra has the best claim to be declared champs of ny as they won their tourney and was rated higher than Siena. But maybe the senate can give both teams recognition in light of what happened. Other ny teams still alive were:
Syracuse Saint johns Fordham Saint bonaventure Niagara
None of these would have been declared champs of their conference or likely to receive an at large bid, leaving Siena and Hofstra the only likely ny reps in the NCAA tournament.

So let's get Hofstra as an OOC game year and have an "official" state championship!

We are better sports fans than that.

It may be stupid but I bet it happens. No sports for awhile, nothing left but talk and speculation. Horse racing mma and boxing, for how long?

We are better sports fans than that. They're joking around, having a little fun!! With the world struggling in turmoil because of this horrible COVID-19, I think we all need a little levity in our lives. I think you need to either develop a sense of humor or figure out what people mean before you insult them.
