Impressive. Not only is Jalen 1 of 7 sophomores but the only other non-BCS type sophomores schools is Siena & the So from Princeton.

Not taking anything from Jalen, he’s a solid player but this is another ubiquitous “inter-web” post this time by 3 ex high school players... anyone with an internet connection and a device thinks they’re a journalist/sports writer these days.😉

They have a blog and a podcast and filled out a NCAA application. All I’m saying is that there’s tons of these blogs and podcast. Nice Jalen was mentioned but this is the same type of BS that had him pegged as a legit NBA prospect last year. Yeah all the hype got him a look but he wasn’t close to ready a frosh.

Siena fans have a chance to see three of the other top 100 if they follow the Saints on the road this season: No. 99 Jordan. Burns of Colgate, No. 72 Paul Scruggs of Xavier and No. 47 Bryce Aiken of Harvard.

Jalen would be in a training camp right now if he had stayed in-- even though he would have went undrafted. One of our players is getting mentioned as one of the best in the country (after having the best freshman season in MAAC history and one of the best in the country last season) and all we do is tear down the writers and the kid?? Not my thing. These dudes had a daily column on SI last year. Jackson Hoy, the first leader of the NBA bandwagon, is an intern for an NBA team right now. These rankings lists are all crapshoots-- but having Jalen recognized isn't anything but a good thing for both Jalen and for our program.

Look i wasn’t knocking Jalen in the least or getting Siena’s name out there just the fact that there were quite a few blogs last year that blew a lot of smoke to an excess. Jalen’s a great player with a ton of potential but he’s got a ways to go before he’s NBA ready. He had zero chance of making an NBA squad last go around. Let’s see what this year brings!

Nice to see Jalen get recognized. Lamb is a tremendous player but 10th best in the country? That's ridiculous.

Nice to see Jalen get recognized. Lamb is a tremendous player but 10th best in the country? That's ridiculous. lists like these of course are subjective, but solidly because of his draft buzz, Jalen is easily on a top 100-150 list for sure..................and again the point was referencing the placing of Lamb, sure I could see him in the same top 100-150 type list but at #10, sorry that just blew the credibility right off the page ......................
