Great! Not one impact player on the roster. Sometimes less is more. 8-24. Sometimes less is less winning. We lost Nico and Oduro, arguably the two best players on the roster. I wouldn’t care honestly if the coach situation was resolved earlier, but this is making a Fran-like 1st year recovery less probable.

We’ll have to wait and see.

I think we are going to see some players have better stats than they were with Jimbob. The question is how much of an increase- I really didn't see insane jumping of stats from freshmen to sophomores. Players have to step up when others bolt and I think we're going to see a team that wins more than 8 games. Others like Manny Camper, who didn't play a lot but should have played more, will get more time to show what they can do. As long we are competitive in games next year and we have effort (was their effort during the Jimbob era? not really), I will be pleased.

And Fran lost Jack McClinton, Al Fisher and Michael Haddix (injury) going into his first year. My expectations match diamond dogs, I want the saints to play hard and be competitive. The wins will come, if not in 18/19 then in the years that follow.
