This is either an early April's Fools joke or people got a different edition of today's TU. Mine reported that Conway and Cochran are transferring. Just came out about an hour ago. Wyland with the original report and then other local and national media outlets have confirmed. Brutality.

Click can chime in here. I think Nichols has been there 4 years, so it's possible he's ready to do his grad year somewhere else. (But staff secretly partying at his departure. Heard he was nothing but trouble in the locker room). Cremo isn't the strongest student, so hearing he graduated in 3 years, had me very skeptical. He's good enough for a bigger school to give him a 2-for-1 though. Click-feel free to correct any of this post that's not accurate. You know more about your program than I do. so how did a "poor" student graduate in 3 years? interesting Come on Click! what's the scoop?

Big news out of Albany. Cremo and Nichols both are transferring looking to play at a higher higher level... Can't be true. No players think like that!!? Brown must have verbally abused them! Programs living in glass houses should be very careful about throwing stones.

Albany passed us (SIENA SAINTS)the day Mitch was hired and are still doing so as we speak.Dar'g should not be evaluating anyone;especially concerning basketball and in my opinion Coach Brown has done an admirable job at UA. GO SAINTS!!

Maybe So-so recruited them as the first two students in our new MBA program...

Wouldn't that be a hoot but i doubt it! I can think of at least 5 better options that are available and would regenerate the fan base with enthusiasm and optimism. I love Kevin Ollie as a person but can't wait to see what Danny Hurley brings to UCONN.

Cremo was named to the all academic team and has a GPA of close to 3.5 if I'm not mistaken. Yes, both of them are graduating and will transfer as grad students and not have to sit out. There was speculation on Nichols as he is extremely bright in the class room and has a GPA of 3.9. He's not a shock and as you say; the situation with him in the locker room was a mess.

There is no scoop...not sure why people are denigrating Cremo. The kid was named to the All Academic team this year...where did this notion of him being a bad student come from? americaeast.com/documents/2018/3/1//2017_18_AE_MBB_Awards.pdf

TU story this am said Cremo had only two courses remaining and will take them this summer to graduate. I know many, many, students, including myself, that didn't finish all course requirements in four years and that didn't play D1 sports! I'd say Mr. Cremo was a very, very good student despite minor slams from the uninformed on this board...

Are we playing UA next year? I don't want to play them until we have a new coach anyway. why? you realize how much of a pussy move that is right?

How else would he justify his BS mantra that Albany only wins when Siena has a bad coach...like those wins should be worth a half a win or something. For his next act he'll tell us how Albany only wins when they have better players. Which for almost a decade has been true pretty much across the board.

If they take two or 3 courses a summer, the credits add up quick. And if he had any credits coming into college (even if he had 3 or 6 credits) that puts them way ahead and why he is graduating or has the ability to graduate in 3+ years. Good for him... very strange for them both to bolt as "juniors" but they have their reasons.
