Ghost town! Jimmy has officially killed the program... Crowd was a lot better than that. Certainly not great but far from the "1,000" from TV viewers OneIndian or your "ghost town." But no energy for sure. Season ticket land in Section 105 particularly moribund even when it go exciting.

Great win! They even out shot them from the charity stripe. Attempted 22 compared to only 9 for the Grifs.

Wow just got back- great win by Saints.. can’t believe the “haters” in this thread.. yes Canisius didn’t play well ( its hard to win on road) OK I’ll say addition by subtraction.. team was much more fun to root for today- Shivers hit some clutch shots, Even everyone ( including me) whipping boy Fisher is playing better, Thomas Huerter – kid is probably our best defender, if we can get some offense out of him he will be a very good player, big shot by Horn. Yes Griffs looked past Saints today, but team played together rooted for each other, was actually fun game to watch probably best home game of year. Kid that looks night and day was Shivers. Started season playing well then faded. There was a noticeable difference in his game. Horn starting to make me a believer and moving Evan to the 4 has helped his game. Will be interesting to see how Patsos re-recruiting Nico will impact others. Patsos better think this through. This is complete repeat of last year. If and when Patsos brings him back again how’s that gonna play in the locker room ?? He’s got a major problem on his hands.

12,000 on the coldest weekend I can remember, not too shabby. By the way I missed both games.

This was important game because the next 2 are on the road vs. Iona/Manhattan- still think this is about a 4-6 win MAAC team. Doesn’t change anything that the program needs new leadership all around.

Nice effort by a lot of kids - Huerter really is disruptive and active around the rim - he played a solid game. Curious that we saw Degnan for a bit, but no Sammy.
Glad for the win, and really happy for Horn to have hit that game winner. Team seems to have rallied together in the face of the adversity and unrest they have apparently been faced with. Watching them heading to the locker room, they were all higher than a kite! They wanted that one badly.

Siena fought hard for the win today and it showed. Shivers showed some toughness in the lane and Huerter seemed everywhere on defense and provided some toughness on the court. Crumpton 0-5 from three, and a dismal first half for the Griffs. Canisius made a nice adjustments at the half and started attacking the basket, was thinking that would be the difference today. Glad the Saints pulled it out.

Lets make a deal. After a win dont talk negatively about the program. Save the "blow up the program" talk for after the losses.

Glad for the players and team that they got the win. They were lucky to pull this one out as momentum had shifted to Griffs. Did not want to go to OT. Big Shot by Horn to seal the victory. That being said, was not impressed by Canisius. Not much talent in my opinion. If Jimmy is going to play the line up he went with in the second of of this one at Iona and Manhattan next week, Saints will get pummeled. Our advantage today was on the inside on the offensive end.. To play Huerter as much as he did and not give Sammy a sniff makes not sense to me. While TH Jr. had 3 blocks and 6 rebounds, against a weak team, he is not the answer as JP and others are making him out to be... of course IMO. Let's not make more of of this game than it was, two not very talented teams, one that either could have won. The lack of any sense of a rotation at this point in the season blows my mind.
BTW, did any hear or notice that the post game radio show is no longer taking calls? I heard Siena shut it down for the rest of the season because the only calls they were getting were negative ones. The pressure is building.

Only saw a bit of the game, but really happy for this team. I've said it before - I like this group of guys and think there's some talent if it can be nurtured. I haven't changed my mind on where I think we should be 5 years in but I'll still be rooting these guys on.

Sooo good at covering your ass. Haters got to keep on hating! Kids shouldn't even be in the game with a top MAAC and no Nico! Lol Canisius is a young team on the road. They put up a stinker. Preseason picked 9th. Second youngest team in the MAAC to only siena Yeah yeah they suck they were only 3-0 in the league with wins over Iona, Rider, and Quinnipiac who were all undefeated in MAAC play when Canisius played them.
