Is "form" a suburb of Baltimore? Crowd said a lot about where Siena hoop is now - a MAAC game on a Friday night against a perennial rival and we got crickets!! Only crowd action came out of some kid hitting a bunch of 3's for cash (I was dozing off and didn't get a good count), Jordan hitting a bunch of 3's, and Tommy Huerter hitting a 3! We cap the night 0-3 getting ready - it's All About the MAAC. OBTW, if we had Nico tonight we still lose - Jordan's points would most likely have been split between him and Nico (if Jordan actually got minutes) - our offensive game plan would have been just as offensive.....

Niagara just too fast and athletic for Saints. Purps beat us down the floor all night. Oduro is out of shape and last man down floor after only being in 90 seconds or so- Horn can light it up but cant defend anyone Looks like Siena fans have pretty much given up on Patsos, very sparse crowd tonight Hasn't Niagara been a train wreck the past few years with an incompetent coach? How the hell did they pass us talentwise? We passed on Prochet. I thought we should have offered Prochet instead we offered a kid way too early with no D1 interest at all that Rex ended up running off.

Go back and look at my quote an Hour before game when I knew Nico was out....I'm good but not that good to see Nico leaving before he left. Better take your keys away!! Just received information that if true leads me to believe Niagara wins tonight. STayed tuned , while I try to verify ok, spin doctor, but you are only allowed to wipe half the egg off your face............lol

When Nico stepped away last year, I never thought we would see him again. This time, it seems to be the real deal. I will still root like hell for these kids - these are a bunch of players that I really enjoy rooting for, and there is definite upside to this freshman class, for real. Horn is not the most athletic kid, but he really can score when given the opportunity and against MAAC level competition. Oduro will really be a beast in the MAAC, if he sticks around. Penn can start at the 1 for four years, as far as I'm concerned - he will continue to get better. Bentley and Camper are both super athletes, but a question mark on how they may develop. Unfortunately, if this staff is still around next year, I think we will see some of these guys bail. You can't blame them - Jimmy is not elevating these kids; he is holding them back, at least from a basketball standpoint. I'd love to see this freshman class under a different coaching staff, but (of course) different coaching staff means major roster overhaul, normally. Feel bad for the players. I'm sure they are putting in the effort. I am looking at the long-term well being of the program and it's not good until Patsos is gone. I'm all in on #teamtank now. 4-12 after 16 games with at least 16 games to go this looks like an 8-24 team give or take. If that was enough to get Mitch fired after three years it should be more than enough to get Jimmy fired after five. Inaction by Siena should only be met with confirmation that they've decided to downgrade the program big league.

If this team steals 6-7 MAAC games, JP stays next year but unless Penn and Prince turn into stars we aren’t finishing top 5 in the MAAC, and that’s a big bet. If this thing tanks, the admin, as much as they may not be able to afford the buyout, can’t afford to keep him.

You know the old adage things are not as bad as they appear. I’m going to tell you things are a hot mess internally...expect more fallout. I don’t see Rex lasting past this season.

Embarrassing crowd tonight..even darg not as loose as normal..program is a train wreck right now D’argenio looks like he could use some sleep. Regarding the crowd, it’s a cold night, it’s a Friday, first Friday in January, people are returning Xmas gifts, it’s too cold, it might snow, car won’t start, game is on tv - I mean pay for video, etc. Darg did not look well. Love the guy. Great ambassador. This program needs new leadership. I’m very confident the President knows this.

MIke from Clifton park 1st caller on, throwing haymakers at So-so and I told everyone that MTS texted Jimmy 4 years ago and told him to sign M Prochet I thought Mike killed it. Very diplomatic given the circumstances. Caller #2 was asked to give a lineup to change things and had nothing. Resorted to Degnan and Heurter, that about says everything.

You do realize there was -25 wind chills for the entire area? Every place was dead tonight-restaurants normally on a 2 hour wait, was walk in and get a table tonight. Weather has a huge impact tonight and NFL playoffs will hurt Sunday

You guys all have a right to want Patsos gone. But it was like negative 15 degree wind chills tonight. I think the crowd gets somewhat of a pass.

Stop it- We live in upstate NY, do you think this is first cold and snowy January. I've been at TUC on colder nights that had 8 to 10K attendance. No it's pretty clear Siena fan base has given up on So-so. Only so many times you can be told it's all about the MAAC, all about 3 games in MARCh etc, eventually you have to actually win

Weather has a huge impact tonight and NFL playoffs will hurt Sunday I'll spot you that the weather had an impact on the fannies in the seats. You must realize that the 2000 or so that showed up were what are usually referred to as die hard Siena fans, many of whom reportedly wear green and gold glasses. I fit that mold and there was NO ENERGY in the crowd - none, nadda - it was quieter than the Siena Library during exam week or the intersession break. I felt bad for D'Arg as he wandered around looking both uncomfortable and eager to find some flesh to press. During earlier home games, the fans in my area were eager to talk and try and figure out what was wrong with this team. Last night - no conversations, just blank stares and very descriptive disapproving head shakes! I found it interesting watching us bring the ball up and wait for positions to establish before beginning our "offense" and how quickly we consistently got to single digits on the shot clock. On the other hand when Niagara got their offense going, time on the shot clock seemed to slow...funny, but not so much....

Somebody, MTS, call 1300 am NOW Vandy’s on the air another hour and a half. Many listeners need to hear the news we have returned to exactly the point we were at Laniers last year. This is much worse. Somebody please call and put the 🔨 down.
