You guys are funny- agree on Huerter coming out of prep school, but let’s remember that same scenario applies to about 75% of the current roster. No other D1 offers, Jimmy has had a few “hits” but way too many swings and misses, big reason why he is struggling here at Siena

Has some liabilities yes BUT with the right coach he could break into the substitution rotation, no just sit on the pine. I like the kid and his attitude just JP is not a coach. As proven by the balance of his recruits.

I like Huerter, and I like his game from what I've seen at Siena, prep and Shen.
With that said, I do not believe he is necessarily a better option than the kids getting minutes in front of him. The couple of games he was afforded minutes, he seemed to do a good amount of the little things, primarily rebounding with some opportunistic buckets. His turnover rate has been high, though (including a couple of illegal screens), and that, I think, is the most glaring problem in a coach's eyes.
In the end, he may not see many minutes unless he starts showing additional flashes in practice, or if there are some injuries. In that case, I feel good about Tom and his ability to help the team.

He has great basketball sense, father taught him well. A role player definitely, but given a good coach would shine off the bench

His younger brother got all of it, because his is off the charts.
