Surprising considering we did not have the UAlbany or high interest game at home.
Winning would help our rank too.
Twenty straight years being in the top 100, that is impressive. Let's see if we can do something with it this year.

25% off the peak year though, hopefully word spreads regarding the $5 deal.

I wonder what our rank would be if we had a successful program? In the A10?

Consistent attendance numbers comes from loyalty and good promotion. 444k in Syracuse is amazing. 100k in Albany is pretty good.

And when you consider things in context, it is even more remarkable. In Syracuse for example (and a lot of other HM cities) there isn't a ton of competition for the sport fan's dollar. In Albany during basketball season every other weekend you have, in addition to Siena, two Union hockey games, two RPI hockey games, possibly a UA basketball game, The Knicks, Nets, Celts, Rangers, Isles, Devils, and Bruins are all only 2 1/2 hours away, as well as Syracuse itself. Couple that with a pretty small student population, a fair number whom are commuters (the distinction being that if you are from "somewhere else" you don't have family functions or non-student friends doing things) I think Siena does an outstanding job drawing fans, despite the recent spate of cancellations of season tickets.

Just goes to show that even in "crappy years", as some would say, Siena continues to draw way better that 2/3's of ALL other D1 BBall programs. As Adam Sandler would say (or sing in he's Happy Hanukkah sing) that's not too shabby!!! Go Saints!!!

Looking from the other direction, it still amazes me how low the numbers are for so many bigger schools from higher ranked leagues. It shows how amazing our numbers still are.
