I could not access the article, but I believe this is a significant driving force behind EF's playing time, he is vocal, he directs the other players in huddles and on the court .... as I said previously, next year he is captain.

Stop please stop with the Fisher BS what you're describing is a school crossing guard not a basketball player. I've watched Evan and it drives me crazy he sets a pick and points to where a player should be moving, LOL. I've seen middle school CYO kids do this when there trying to figure out a new scheme. These are D1 players running the Flex they don't need someone directing. As far as being vocal great do it from the bench, not the floor. How much more do you need to see.... I'm guessing Evan is a solid D2 player. The D1 game moves way too fast for him.....if our coach can't see it, then it's a start to explaining why he's 3-7 at this juncture. Again nothing personal against Evan great kid and he really tries but sometimes your just in over your head.

A good piece by Iorizzo- team has had some problems with injuries and suspensions
But that doesn’t absolve the head coach. He has had a poor year, game plan and execution at Ashville was horrible. The T at Albany was undisciplined. His inability to land a quality wing/ shooter on recruiting trail is concerning. And his performance this summer/fall on recruiting trail with playing time available is nothing short of alarming

Times ticking, the MAAC is soft, can they turn it around? Need some players to step up and take charge.

The article closed with "As he spoke to his players earlier this week, Patsos told them: 'Don't lie to yourselves: Are you being the best leader you could possibly be?'" - Maybe he should ask himself the same question, replacing "leader" with "coach" - then again he could also reflect on his own leadership qualities - strong leaders don't pass the buck, they grab it and add value....
