Great effort last night. If JP could control his own program maybe we walk out of there with a win.

Dipset, as an Irish Catholic I have felt I was born afflicted with cynicism and negativity. But you and Gorvy make me look like effing Pollyanna. Thanks for helping me feel better.

Just pointing out the obvious. But, ill tone it down while I wait for the inevitable. I hardly post anymore anyway, given the numbing effect this leader has on me.

What I find funny is before last year the mantra from you and others was - Siena must finish top 3 (100 type of team) and get to Sunday or I am done - Patsos must produce. Well he did that. Sure the end of the year wasn't the best but it was a very solid year. The goalposts were clearly moved. Now three games into the year he is a PW. The bottom line is the people who didn't like him from day one will NEVER change their opinion. It's a self fulfilling prophecy. Rant over. People can do what they want.

He wasn't my pick from the beginning, but he became "my" coach when he was hired. I was instantly impressed by his energy and his enthusiasm. How he took a real interest in his players was also nice to see. I like his philosophy about playing the game and having fun - these kids should be having fun, they are kids after all. He has rebuilt the program relatively quickly with pretty good talent. We are in the top three of the Maac in year 4 of his tenure. It's hard to complain. I'm not sure if JP can become the great game coach everyone including myself wants, but he certainly seems to have the potential. This is a critical year for sure for him. I wish him well.

I doubt I ever said I'd be happy with one top 100 finish-and they didn't quite get there did they. This program is priced like a champion--- nit type caliber program. I get that you guys are happy with .500 ball and in that regard you have your man in jimmy. It takes at least 2 consecutive years of losing to fire a Siena coach so he'll be around as long as he wants to.
