All that would mean is that AJAX changed because of pressure. The track record is already there. Like someone said If this were the mens program she would be gone already. Hopefully things will be better for whatever reason for Siena womens basketball

Also you cannot accelerate a degree in one semester Remember rehab takes time also. You also need time to register for classes well before August. Again the facts are there. Students could add courses through September 15th this fall. If a student had been planning to delay graduation for another year, all she would have to do is save one course requirement. I'm not sure of the details here, but it's quite easy to imagine a scenario where adding one spring semester course changes your graduation timeline. The last day to do that would have been January 26th.

Emia graduated early. I can imagine her not saving any course, getting her degree, transfer and now the remaining time is away from AJAX and getting her masters before she got hurt. My senses tell me that was the plan. I wish the young lady well. She had great moments for Siena womens basketball

I have you facts to support my opinion. You could have stopped when you said you did not have all the details. You really have a great imagination

Team had a great season last year with only seven players most of the year. Coach should get no credit for that?

Some credit? Yes I can say coach deserves some credit. AJAX proclaimed the Siena program to be turned around with this recruiting class along with last year's players. We did not know it meant turned around to another losing season. Now let's see who leaves and who stays. Let's see if this group becomes better fundamentally Now that we lost to Colgate let's see what tomatoe can we line up to kick over to pad the record. How many excuses next year? The track record is there

The track record is there I think we all are anxious to see what transpires over the next few months with personnel. I hope for the program's sake that you are wrong about the severity of the program's problems. In reading your posts it's difficult not to wonder as to why you have such a contentious attitude specifically about Siena's coach. It seems personal. Are you an ex-player where you have specific and personal knowledge about the program? You obviously are a newer poster. I wonder, do you care about the program, are out to expose the coach or both?

I am reacting to a thread on this forum that asked was Coach Jacques extended too soon back in December. I am new to this forum but I have been a Siena fan for years. Personal? Ali Jacques will be the coach of the womens program next year. Hopefully the team will improve. It is not inside information to note that 6 players and 5 coaches left the program in three years. I am not the one that pointed out the top down dictatorship philosophy. That s personal

I haven't followed ever girl that left but I would not be surprised, in the least, if everyone was a Gina recruit. Regardless if it's Ali's fault or simply the others liked Gina better. It happens players recruited by someone else may not care to play for new coach, happens more than not.
How many Ali recruits left?
Let's look at Ali's staff: when Ali took the job she may have rushed into putting one together. All original staff left (for what ever reason even if Ali got rid of them or they left on their own). Ali replaced 100% and with what appeared to be better assistants than originals, with coach Mac being darn good.
Coach Mac is the only replacement coach to leave (so far) and that was for HC position (no one can blame Ali as cause for that).
Maybe you're into something or know more that letting on. If you have concerns you should bring them up to the admin. What good does insinuating negative stuff on the message board do?

I'm shocked( Casablanca) negative comments on a message board such as this always positive forum.

Always positive? Folks on this forum have said negative things about the coach AND the players. Now I m the villain. Please read the past forum threads. That inspired me to post something myself. Where was the angst to stay positive then?

What good was it IndianSaint to say the original coaching staff was replaced by better coaches? How do you know that they were better or worse than the present coaches? Why belittle the past coaches on a public forum such as this? Shaking my head I m done for a while. Now the forum will be all fuzzy and lovey dovey
