That's a lot of people that have left Someone has an axe but I think he has something to what he says. I hear some things from inside about too much of a top down dictatorial philosophy.

I have no animus for those who didn't stay for 5 years . . . there's no life after college for a women basketball player so opportunity to grab a masters in your field is hard to pass up . . . Theresa Coles was an accounting major so the 5th year worked for her @siena getting her masters in accountancy . . . Emia had career ending ankle injury - had nothing to do with her not wanting to continue.

The process of graduating early starts well before Emia s injury. After working that hard She would not want to pursue her masters ? I think not.

The process of graduating early starts well before Emia s injury. After working that hard She would not want to pursue her masters ? I think not. At this year's banquet it was stated Emia wants to pursue a career in Human Resources . . . Siena only offers a masters in accountancy . . . and since she can no longer play she could not get a basketball scholarship to finish her 4th year of eligibility at another university pursuing a masters . . . so I really don't see a conspiracy of Siena chasing her away.

Thought process of leaving Siena early started well before the banquet and the injury. Proof is she registered for those classes and completed the process up until now. Local kid right? No way Siena chased her away but it could have been something else

All the basketball players go to summer school to lighten their load (# of classes) for the academic year . . . my guess is she then took max classes once she knew her basketball playing days were over in the summer of 15 . . . who knows maybe the something else was she just looked up to Tehresa Coles & followed in her footsteps

I wondered why Booth, Krogh, and Kelly weren't wanted to play 5th year. All could have gotten red shirts. I felt all could have helped on offense and stabilize the young players with their experience. I understand if there wasn't a post grad course to pursue their major. Also, I was perplexed about Adams leaving.

Willingham injured in August after classes were over. No summer school in August. Facts are facts Too many players and coaches have left in three short years. My guess is this AJAX is toxic in several ways after looking at the facts.

And I respect those opinions that ignore facts with a blissful tone, majority or minority.

My guess is this AJAX is toxic in several ways after looking at the facts. Point on summer school is that since had finished her summer school course and she then got hurt it allowed her to take max number of credits in Fall & Spring semester, rather then the lightened load, to graduate early . . . I sat next to Ali at the coaches table during the banquet and got the sense she has an emotional positive connection with Emia & her family. FACT

I doubt very seriously if professionalism and courtesy at a social function is always a true measure of what really goes on behind closed doors. Your senses could have been misled. How about all of the other people? Emia is only one person and my senses tell me I am right about her too. We agree to disagree

Also you cannot accelerate a degree in one semester Remember rehab takes time also. You also need time to register for classes well before August. Again the facts are there.
