a couple of boosters have had major impacts on the program. They helped bring us guys like Beyer, Lanier and Mitch... along with Patsos. They enjoy being closet GMs Lanier wasn't recommended by the boosters- all Father Toll's decision. The boosters were actually the one's who did the extensive search when we ended up with Fran, who was their top recommendation. As for Mitch, that was a full press endorsement of the existing player's who came to regret it by year end and who was heavily supported by many local fans. I believe that was Darg's decision So if you want to pontificate, at least get your facts right! If boosters are picking coaches that explains the inconsistencies the program has had. Coaches should be selected by the school with the assistance of a professional search committee not by boosters.

We're looking for an AD and president who can predict the future. It would also be cool if he could fly, was bulletproof, and could do unbelievable magic tricks like make balloon animals (Amazing!!!).

Patsos can fill those balloons with ease.

How Siena has gone about selecting coaches in the past is a legitimate concern and not a joking matter. In case you've neglected to notice we haven't been all that successful at the process. With the advantages Siena has over the other MAAC schools Fans TU Center etc we should be dominating the MAAC like Davidson did the SoCon ( & yeah I know they've had coaching stability). We either need stability or a better hiring practice with a plan for grooming the top assistant from within ...see Butler and Xavier (one approach). It can be done we're just shitty at it.....

Exactly / at many employers we are judged and rated on the quality of our hired and employee turnover. It's a legitimate concern and fans/donors/sponsors have every right to question it

Here you go:
' PPC says: March 30, 2015 at 5:07 pm
When is Patsos going to have to answer for his management? We’re far from over from seeing the end of transfers.'

Maybe Lavon is transferring. She would know that, poor kid can't hit the head without checking in.

Could very well be. Singleais has a challenge in that regard, has admitted to such. Perhaps time to close the board down to they get it under control.
