I believe they were 160.00 prior to Thursday, when on the MAAC website, they announced a 'Throwback Thursday" sale and reduced them to 55.00 Why didn'tthe Siena season ticket people send us season ticket holders out an email alerting us to this sale?

Simple another MAAC Ensor slap at Siena, no other explanation. dipset I am not an apologist for Long. I 'an on him all the time regarding fouls. Kid doesn't foul shows he can play, but the foul situation with him is ridiculous. However being a realist he is playing D on quicker stronger players, but the foolish fouls he should get the hook.

Anyone worried about losing Poole and Hymes needs to have a mental evaluation, they are losers and dont know how to win. I dont want to hear this 1000 point shit, who cares about individual accomplishments when the team does not win? this team is better with out them and adding more hard nosed athletic players. Dont get me started on Long, he is not a 3 and needs to stop fouling, the coaching staff keeps telling him and coaching him but he does not or cannot make the adjustment. Its not only the players the coaching staff screwed us fans by taking a year off and recruiting 2 role players and not filling our needs of athleticism, speed and overall basketball IQ. I am a 20 year season ticket holder and fan, so I think I can say what I want. Now all of you can rip this post apart but wow this team needs improvement in all categories. Gotta be honest here. Siena doesn't need a fan like you. Frustrated yes. Tough season yes. Calling two seniors losers because they didn't win based on 109 factors that didn't have anything to do w them is flat out wrong. Critique their game or the team firing shots at 20 year olds as losers is wrong. UA could use some fans move your ass to sefcu.

Dispite what PPC says Lavon can't play the three, he's way to slow. He also needs to learn to go to his right and develop a shot. 75% of the time it appears he's just throwing the ball at the hoop.

I'm not so upset about the flash sale. It's business. People who bought early had best shot at good seats. No one told anyone to buy early. Same people pitching would b the same ones who complain the $55 seats are in the corners and not center court.

The sale was only advertised on the MAAC website, and quite frankly, I doubt that the Siena Season ticket people knew of or had anything to do with it. I saw it on the MAAC board and went to look for myself and there it was on Thursday, down on Friday. It's just more icing on the cake, really.. increased price of season tickets + saints alive donation (where applicable)+banquet moved to Monday night prior to tournament+no seniors to speak+combo with women's team+increase dinner to 80.00(reception 225.00)+watching your all session pass get chopped to less than half price+pitiful season record in the .380 range (fill in your own reasons here) = CUSTOMERS who could spend the thousands that this adds up to elsewhere.

I will agree Siena should have advertised it though.

I wonder if all session tickets aren't being bought by the locals.

It does not appear that locals are buying all session. There are seats available in the entire lower bowl. For some reason three of the four corners in the lower bowl appear to be blocked out ( I am assuming this since it is registering no availability) but there are several available seats in every other section in the lower bowl.

Without a competitive Siena team tourney attendance will be lower no matter where the tourney is played ... MAAC needs Siena more then Siena needs MAAC IMO

Neither Page or Long are SF. Sorry Your opinion but Lavon is our starting SF #Facts Hearst could not score on Lavon again. Lol Didn't Lavon foul him?

PPC won't want to hear this. Lavon so talented bit foolish fouls. One was foolish and the others were big man fouls inside just like JO who had 4. The refs called a tight game and those games are hard for Lavon to play in. His last foul he was just standing there with his hands up helping JO defend his man on the box. The foul was called on JO then switched to Lavon. It is what it is. I saw one foul Lavon could have avoided but others are allowed to get away with that same play all night because they are not as strong and or not marked like he is with the #1 tag on his back.

To Lavon's defense, tough assignments tonight. Though 2 of the fouls were frustration fouls. Kid will have hos epiphany, wish it was now but hopefully before next season. Game was not on him. Please you're a D1 player ... Play like it That's one way (or a possible way) to look at it; so is oneindian's. That's what I'm talking about with being opened minded. There's many ways to look at the same thing (game, player, coach, coaching style, player development, recruiting, enter what ever here). It's when we're closed minded that we can't see (or accept) any other possible explanation. Now we're getting some where. This is good. Keep it up Siena fans, I know we'll get there eventually.
