Yes, congratulations!!! 6th MAAC Championship game in a row. Keep it up Men's LAX. This is like the stretch of MAAC championship games the Women's VB team had (except I believe they won the championship game more times).
Keep building MAAC championship teams for its sports program.

Guessing this is part of the tabulations for the Presidents cup the MAAC awards? Not sure, but I doubt Siena would have a chance. Even in the yrs when Men's basketball was dominating, Siena didn't have enough other pts (sports) to compete for The Cup. It helps the overall Siena program though. Ever since they hired Full Time coaches about6-8 yrs ago (in most sports) we started competing better in Golf, Tennis, LAX, men's & women's Soccer, & Volleyball. We're still not that good in X-Country. I think Iona men & women teams have won that like 12 yrs in a row or something.

Just went to the MAAC site and the best Siena has ever finished was 4th overall (men's & women's combined). We finished 4th like 4 or 5 times. Marist, Fairfield & Iona appears to have won it in the past 10-12 yrs, with Marist holding an edge over FF, then Iona. You have to go back to the early 2002 to find Manhattan and the 1990s for Loyola & LaSalle and then 1980s for Fordham & more LaSalle. admin.xosn.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=17400&ATCLID=1400097

Thanks for finding that out. Congrats on the Lacrosse title. Up and coming sport.

Siena plays at Bryant Wednesday at 4 PM in one of the new "play-in" games.
Winner meets #2 seed Syracuse on Saturday.

Is that play-in game going to be televised?
