Somewhat similar to Truehart but again his coach ants places at the highest name possible to promote himself and his program. Makes you wonder if they care about a kids best interests

If Anthony Lamb is a top target its puzzling he does not mention us:
While he was the definition of a productive low post presence for City Rocks during the Nike EYBL season, 6'6" forward Anthony Lamb (Greece Athena '16) still doesn't seem to be getting the respect he deserves, and because of that he should ultimately to be a great get for any one of the mid-major Division 1 programs he is looking to visit.
M. Libert Anthony Lamb For Lamb, he understands that if you go by how he produces he would more than likely be a high major player courted by many of the best programs in the nation, but at 6'6" instead of 6'8", his recruitment has not included the high major schools, which Lamb says is not something that bothers him.
"It's probably because of my height and because of that I feel underestimated," Lamb said after helping his Section 5 Rochester team to the BCANY Summer Hoops Festival Championship. "I thought I should've been recruited more but if they don't like me then they don't like me. That's ok with me."
He has been a double-double machine throughout the EYBL season and carried over that strong play into the BCANY Tournament which will more than likely be the last time Lamb is playing until he suits back up for the Trojans come the H.S. season.
What Lamb's focus is now is scheduling college visits as even though he hasn't been recruited by the top level programs, he has become one of the top mid-major recruits around, and the forward is already lining up some official visits.
"I am headed up to Vermont in mid-September, and I am in the process of setting one up with Cornell as well," Lamb admitted.
Those are just two visits that Lamb knows of right now as he says he also hopes to take either official or unofficial visits sometimes before the start of the H.S. season to St. Joseph's, Drexel, Rice, Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, and Princeton if that is possible.
The college process is on the forefront of his mind at the moment but right alongside of that is his senior season on the floor with Greece-Athena. The Trojans fell just short of a Class "A" State Championship last season after winning the Section 5 crown, and this year he says anything less than a State would not sit well with him.
"That's the goal. I want a State Championship and I am not going to settle for anything less."

Per VC, KH trims list & removes Siena. I believe KH had a list of schools that he had written on an old piece of paper with a Siena letterhead that he had gotten from his dad - that's the closest we would have been to a KH list of schools he wants to pursue further!

Shen's Kevin Huerter has college list down to eight
Updated: Tuesday, August 11 2015, 12:02 AM EDT
Clifton Park, NY - Kevin Huerter's list of college basketball choices has shrunk to eight, as the Shenendehowa rising senior gets closer to making his decision.
In no particular order, Villanova, Maryland, Notre Dame, Michigan, Creighton, Iowa, Davidson, and Indiana remain in the mix for the 6'5" point guard.
Huerter will begin his official visits August 31 at Villanova, followed by trips to Maryland and Notre Dame. He hopes to reach a final verdict before the start of his senior season with the Plainsmen this fall.

Did anyone think Huerter was even considering us after schools like ND, Iowa and Michigan got involved?? lol I agree he was destined to go "big time" with that many BCS offers (good job by soup on that one, lol). Doesn't matter if Fran was the coach or Patsos. You keep a good relationship with the family and the door open. If he doesn't get the PT he is looking for and/or the school isn't a good fit for him Siena is always ready to welcome him home. What is more puzzling is why didn't Anthony Lamb mention us at all? Come to think of it - it has been very very quiet. Who are Jimmy's top targets and when are we going to hear to hear about some visits? It's mid August...we have at least two 'ships (Imoh, Oliver) to fill for 2016. We need two more good recruits!!

We need to get our game/program back to levels it once thrived at, otherwise a future KH return "home" might be at the TUC against our cross town rivals!

My money is on ND as I predicted months ago. I wouldn't rule out Iowa with a chance to play with Fran's son. The problem would be they might play same/similar positions.

6-4 Jahil Tripp will visit officially 3rd weekend of Sept. He also scheduled Hofstr and is scheduling DePaul and possibly two others. Sounds like he would be a good get and we have first crack
Good job Jimmy
