I asked Ensor at the MAAC Tournament if CBS, MSG, or ESPN/ESPN2/ESPNU would be televising any of the league tournament games upon its return to Albany. His reply was that they are contracted with ESPN3 over the 3 years and that all of college basketball will be migrating to internet feed in the foreseeable future. So my advice is order your all session passes as early as possible.

OMG, do you understand it is actually easier to watch games if you are traveling with ESPN3? Does anyone not know how to make their computer screens full screen so it looks like a T.V. It might be annoying short term, but their are also big time benefits.

My thoughts are of so many bloggers complaining that the streaming has been frequently poor, fading in and out.

Video feed on ESPN3 was discernibly better then All-Access and MAAC TV ... I hooked up my laptop to large screen TV and had pretty good luck most games w a decent feed.

Even if Time Warner is your internet they will block it cause you don't have Digital cable.

Scott, then that is a big problem. I was not aware of that.

I'd like to see the MAAC schools including Siena offer their feeds for free. If the Horizon League can do it, why can't we?

Cablevision blocked my efforts to get the trois last year but it was available this year. Hopefully cooler heads prevail by next year at direct tv as well. It is annoying not being able to dvr the games though.
Sent from my SPH-L710 using proboards

Sent from my SPH-L710 using proboards I don't believe it is Directv that is blocking it, I think it is the internet provider which in my case is Time Warner. Because I don't have Digital Cable they don't consider me an ESPN subscriber even though I get ESPN through Directv. Is nonsense since I can watch HBO Go over the internet despite only subscribing to HBO on Directv.

When I still lived in Clifton Park, I had Direct TV and Timewarner and had no problems with it(once Time warner offered it) In fact, even though I no longer had a time warner account, I could still access espn3 through timewarner up to about a year after I moved to Louisiana.

That is because you have a Uverse account, it absolutely does not work with a Time Warner account, if it was letting you in before then you were really lucking out or you had digital cable from Time Warner in addition to Directv. I just tried it and like always got this message: It appears that your cable subscription does not currently include access to this content. If you would like to discuss your viewing options, or believe that you have received this message in error, please contact us at www.timewarnercable.com/contact (Message: QE12DCSN01)

Time Warner, there is no option to sign in with Directv.

well that sucks, they must of changed it since I had the access. Like I said, I moved down to Louisiana, stopped my timewarner RR service and still had access to espn3 through time warner for about a year.
