Siena is now 15-11 (.577) in national postseason tournament play - I would guess there are not too many schools at our level that have a strong winning postseason record.

I agree great numbers for a MAAC team- although I’m hesitant to put CBI numbers in there- fact remains Siena is only MAAC school that can consistently win in post season- Iona is good most years but its virtually nonexistent in post seasons tournaments .. Canisius spits the bit in their one post season home game in CIT- as does Quinny, of course Iona did their annual fade in NIT- it will be good for MAAC next year when Siena resumes its mantle on top of the conference - and trust me MAAC fans are not happy about that or fact Tournament returns to Albany - in fact Iona fans soiling themselves over that already. Talk about cutting your nose off to spite your face- Albany is only place tournament can make money ( unless they get another sucker like Springfield ) but I dont see that happening anytime soon. Saints very well positioned going forward--Love it

Siena is also 15-10 after starting the season 2-7 Nice - One of the things most of us said would be a good hallmark of success would be to show growth and improvement over the course of the season. Without a doubt, we have seen that. Kudos to Jimmy & all the players!

Siena is also 15-10 after starting the season 2-7 10-5 since January 19th loss at Iona... and those 5 losses were a triple OT game, an OT game which we led Quinnipiac by 9 with 3 1/2 to go in regulation. And of course the Marist game. Not to mention a battle with Canisius in the MAAC Quarterfinals. No matter what happens the rest of the CBI the team is trending way upward for next season!
