MAAC head coaches always say " I'm happy here " " I'm not leaving" - and they jump like a grasshopper when someone offers 1.2 Million per year!

I'm not surprised with his comments. I would expect almost every coach, in similar situations, to say a similar statement even if they would consider moving on.
You really don't want to burn any bridges work wise.
I also wouldn't be surprise if he leaves if offered a BCS type job (especially anyone he's really interested in).
