Represented well against L'ville and Stevie's old boss. Congratulations, you scared the $hit out of them!

On Twitter last night:
Japsers played very well, and Louisville looked incredibly flat. Part of the first round games (oh, sorry, "The Second Round games") that is usually so interesting, is that teams are unfamiliar with one another's personnel or style. Clearly that wasn't the case with Manhattan and Louisville, with lots of folks reporting that Masiello was calling out the offensive sets Louisville was running while the Jaspers were on D.

I just want to say CONGRATS to the Jaspers. They represented the MAAC very well last night, didn't change their style, were NOT intimidated, and went toe to toe with the defending champs. Great game to watch!

Represented well against L'ville and Stevie's old boss. Congratulations, you scared the $hit out of them! Yeah, it reminded me of the scare Siena gave Louisville in 2009. The only difference was both Siena & 2009 Louisville teams had more talent than the Jasper's & 2014 Louisville.

Had two friends text me and say the Manhattan coach needed to calm down, told both of them he was on a national TV job interview and then they got it.

Also, with or without Masiello, Pankey finally became a man last night and him and Andujar will be just fine next year, don't write off Manhattan too quickly.
