This whole season has been cruel like that - the young team with a new coach needs time to grow and improve but instead was thrown to the wolves to start the season and league play.

A BRUTAL schedule to start the year in the OOC and some of the toughest league games in the first half of MAAC play. But as they say what doesn't kill us will make us stronger! The OOC schedule ended up pretty tough with 6 games against opponents in the RPI top 90. Memphis - 38 St. Joe's - 63 @ LaSalle - 64 St. Bonaventure - 81 @ Purdue (twice) - 88

Too bad there isn't 2 more W's against that list. We played most of them pretty tough...games I'd like to have back are the UA and Purdue (Old Spice) games especially. We were in a battle with LaSalle and at game at Purdue too. Of course we also where lucky to eek one out at Cornell and against the Bonnies. Next year the learning curb won't be nearly as big and I expect to win most of those games.
