.... and Cole gets to sit out for a year. I assume that comment is about Dixon? Did you miss the part about "he sat out last year"? And "no criminal charges were filed"? Huge lawsuits if he wasn't eligible. Dixon Jr. transferred from Missouri this year and received an NCAA waiver that allows him to play immediately. According to a USA Today story, Dixon Jr. left Missouri after a pair of sexual assault allegations became public. No criminal charges were filed in either case. He sat out last season.

"He was suspended by MU coach Frank Haith in October for what he called a violation of team rules, but two documented allegations of rape against Dixon surfaced within a month. He was never charged in either case but chose to leave the program."
Hmmmm! Sounds like his former coach knew something before the allegations became public. The majority of sexual assault cases get dropped as the victims decide not to pursue it - especially if the assaulter is a well known personality. The rape victims become victims again as friends of the assaulter start claiming the victim brought it on herself. Two separate allegations aren't a coincidence.
