I would hope we see the competition consistently being A10 type schools.

There were more unsigned seniors getting looks this past weekend than the rising seniors. Coaches scrambling to sign a player for the upcoming season. I think one weekend was enough for that. The class of 2015 will have more focus on them in July with 3 weekends to work with.

I was talking to one of our broadcasters whose sons went down to Pa for the UA Jamfest this weekend and I guess Cremo and Nails put on a show down there leading the team to a 5-0 record. Congrats to them. Nails and Tom Huerter are very good shooters

From NYC Hoops:
When you are your schools all time leading scorer in points, assists, and steals, you know you are doing something good, and that is precisely what 6'1" guard Sterling Taplin (Williamsville North '14) has done.
Sterling Taplin A 5 year player for the school in Buffalo, Taplin was honored with an invite to play in the Jordan Brand Classic Regional Game which took place this past Friday where we got a chance to speak with him about his year and what his plans are for the future.
Taplin obliterated every Williamsville North record, scoring 1,877 points, dishing out 371 assists, while swiping 245 steals during his H.S. career, and though his numbers were great, his senior year didn't necessarily go as planned.
Much was expected of Taplin this season, with many expecting him to lead the Spartans to the Class "AA" Section 6 championship, but that did not happen. They lost to Clarence in the section semifinals, and Taplin admitted that there was a lot of pressure on him, even though he tried not to let it affect him too much.
"There was a lot of pressure and expectations that I would lead us to Glens Falls, but it didn't happen and that was a letdown for me. It wasn't the way I wanted to have my year end, but I didn't let all the talk take me off my game," Taplin said.
While the school year didn't finish the way Taplin had hoped, he was able to snare an invitation to play in the Jordan Brand Regional Game at the Barclays Center which took place last Friday in Brooklyn. Taplin didn't score, but did have 4 assists and 2 steals in 18 minutes, playing the role of facilitator, but he believes that the added exposure of playing in such a prestigious game can't hurt.
"It was such an honor to play in the Jordan Game," Taplin said. "Everyone knows the game, and playing in Buffalo, I didn't really get seen by a lot of people because not many pay attention to basketball in Buffalo, but to play on a team with guys going to Oklahoma State and Baylor, I think will help me be noticed a bit more."
In terms of where he will be next year, Taplin admitted he still isn't quite sure about that year. He has an offer to Siena, but he is also weighing prep school option, leaning towards that route right now.
"I visited St. Thomas More in Connecticut and that visit went well, and Brewster Academy in New Hampshire just made contact so I will go visit there this week most likely, and hopefully I will have a decision fairly soon," Taplin explained.
For the time being Taplin is keeping his options open, playing on the Nike EYBL circuit next weekend in California during the NCAA Live Period for Albany City Rocks in hopes of drawing some last minute attention from schools, but if that doesn't happen it's ok to Taplin, who remains confident about his game and his prospects going forward.
"I just am going to play my game because there isn't much else I can do. Whatever happens, happens. I will work hard regardless of where I am next season and prove that I belong."

From DMVelite Isaiah Lamb WG, Dulaney, 2015 Current Rank 60+ Finally fully healthy after tearing his ACL more than a year ago, Lamb (6-foot-4) looks poised to become one of Baltimore’s top players. An explosive athlete with shooting ability and he shares the ball. As he continues to develop, he can become a big-time scorer, as well as a high-upside defender. Needs to work on his mid range pull up jumper and shot consistency. Low to mid D1, stock still rising. Tony Administrator Apr 16, 2014 at 6:13am Quote 2015 Isaiah Lamb(Dulaney) has picked up interest from Davidson, St.Bonaventure in A10. IS added: 4guysinblazers retweeted: Mid Atlantic Select tweeted Isaiah Lamb rec'd offers from Siena, High Pt & Loyola.

Lest we forget one of Patsos' favorite sayings (he's said iterations of it many times in interviews):
“Denny Crum’s key to success: get five really good ones....then you go get five more”

Just what the doctor ordered... he would fill the need for this class. I have seen him play. Same org as Wright.

PEr Alex Kline- this is the kind of kid we need to grab before he blows up
Emmit Holt Reply Really like the 2015 PF from New York. He will either wind up at Peddie (NJ) or Vermont Academy (VT) for prep school and should go as high as A-10.
