I think it is reasonable that the Albany Cup series continue with the games alternating each year between MVP (Saints' home court) and Broadview. UAlbany has earned the right to want to host to the game at their excellent on campus arena. They have won the last two games, 7 of the last 9 and the series is now 11 - 9 in favor of Siena. It makes sense that they want to host the game at their newly refreshed arena, show it off to as many fans as possible and support the sponsors that support their program all season. What other mid-major can they shedule for a 1 to 1 series where they sell out Broadview? On the same note, what other mid-major can Siena schedule a 1 for 1 where they draw as many fans as they do for the Albany game, they don't have to travel to the opponents gym and so many Saints fans attend a "road game"? I am OK with maybe only being able to attend this game in person every other year and will always try to get tickets for the game at Albany, and if not know I will be able to watch the game on TV or at a watch party at a local establishment. The series is fun, good for the local sports fan base and has been going on for 20 games. The players and coaches at both schools say they enjoy playing in it. I for one hope the Albany Cup continues for another 20 years. ok, should that happen, then UA gets absolutely ZERO consideration for any seating at MVP, that includes no middle sections at all, they get endzones and upper deck if available since some of you feel this is solely a homecourt type contract.........and that's how it should be written....

For what reasons? Are you arguing that MVP is not Siena's home court? What contract experience do you have?

Whining? No whining here. Just providing a reasonable and logical position on where the game should be played. You do understand this a discussion forum for fans to share their different points of view. Your position on this matter seems to be based all on emotion and through green and gold colored glasses. Did you attend the game at Albany? I did. The section behind the Siena bench was filled with Saints fans and many of us were scattered though out the arena. Plenty of green and gold to be found.

Typical, avoid and deflect. I'm a Siena grad, almost 40 year Saints fan and season ticket holder. I ain't going anywhere.

My UAlbany'73 and my UVM continue even now to relish this loss. When will the pain stop?
