On the other hand, ED Anosike is averaging 18+ and around 10 boards a game on the west coast.

Former players used to be guys who moved on and played professionally. With Carm its guys who still have years of college eligibility.

Plateks HS teammate at Guilderland Andrew Sischo had 37 and 14 in a win over St Rose yesterday. Still cant figure out why that kid wouldnt want to play D-1 in his bonus year? He has to always wonder if he could cut it at the higher level, but still opted to play his 5th year in Buffalo at Daemen.
A 6'9" 240 skilled big is something we could really use!

Maybe because he has friends there and is happy at the school? That means a lot and is often overlooked. Maybe still working on a second degree? But I agree, sounds like a guy we could use.

Jalen Pickett is possibly Penn State\s best player. Yesterday he played 36 minutes in a low scoring road win over Oregon State. He had 14points (4 of 8 3's) 7 assists and 4 rebounds. The speedy player who started the season at point had only three points.

Jalen played a great game in a loss to Ohio St last night. Played all 40 min and had 23 points, 4 reb and 3 assists.

Gary Harris' LMU team is on ESPNU tonight at 9pm vs Tulsa. Gary doesnt get much time, 5-10 min a game. I recognize their best player, Eli Scott, from Lonzo Balls HS team, Chino Hills, Ca.

I liked Harris' energy and athleticism, but Billups seems like a real upgrade performance-wise. He is a much better basketball player at this point and he is only a freshman.

Harris has improved in his rebounds, assists, and steals with Loyola but his turnovers are out of control. Averaged 2.7 turnovers per 100 possessions with Siena and is up to 7.1 with Loyola.

Jordan King on ESPNU tonight for ETSU. Jordan starts and I think had only 6 points in the first half. His team on the road playing conference favorite Chattanooga. ETSU which has a shortage of big men is down at least a dozen at half. Pretty good unmasked crowd. Nice to see , maybe someday in Hochuland.
