Looks like they offered the whole team! LOL Might as well, by the time 2024 rolls around I am sure the NCAA will allow any kid out of his letter of commitment to go to a P6 school.

Man! Hard to believe we're offering 2024. These kids just their freshman year in HS.

Bryce Dortch was a sophomore at another school and reclassified to 2024. If you look at the videos you will see that at 6'8" he plays like a guard and defends multiple positions. This kid has to be offered early by Siena or not at all. Many power 6 teams will be on this kid by the time he is ready to commit. Offer early, stay in his ear and hope for the best. A long shot but worth the effort if it works out.

It's free to offer right? So why not offer kids maybe a little out of our league? How does that hurt, and is there anything negative with that philosophy?
With the way kids transfer nowadays, why not get involved with as many as you can, and even if you dont get them the first time around, you have an advantage during their transfer process because you're familiar with each other.

Makes sense to me. As long as they keep in mind the chances of landing each, which I have no doubt that they do.

Lets hope our staff has time to extend multiple offers in every class. Cant hit a HR unless you take a swing.

Exactly. Gone are the days of worrying about which offers don't commit.

Exactly. Gone are the days of worrying about which offers don't commit. Exactly. You may put out 25 offers and only have 3 openings, but you prioritize the list and spend time on each kid accordingly.

We were the first to offer Dom Barlow and we all likes him, but he blew up late in HS season and now is going Big East, ACC or Big Ten. We offered a few New England kid’s before others did like Reed Bailey and Rowan Brumbaugh and now they are P6 kids. It happens. That’s why we have so many offers.
