If I didnt watch the way you argue with papi, id never believe it, but you honestly just dont get it. Thats okay, not everyone has to. Haha! And you're not getting it either. See its easy to say that. LOL But not so easy to answer for you to answer the question I asked at the start of this I guess. Carm knew he was losing a starting guard, so he used his last 3 scholarships this summer on big men.....you win.

Never did I say that he KNEW he was losing Carey, just that he knew how many credits he had. As summer courses wrapped up, it became more solid. And I don't think the timing of Carey and Hopkins leaving and the quick signing of Hopkins is a coincidence.

Carey has committed to Georgetown. Maybe he really wanted to be home again?

With all of the transfers out of Georgetown, Don may have the opportunity for meaningful minutes while getting a graduate degree from an outstanding academic institution. I wish him the best.

Great school in a high profile conference with a coach in the HOF. Hard to argue.
Hoyas lost their starting 2G, Mac McClung, to a transfer (Texas Tech). Ewing has 2 freshman guard signed for this year too.
Best of Luck Don.

This is a dream for a kid from DC area and a chance to get a managers from Gtown in a great opportunity

Just glad he didn't go to another school that starts with George and follow the coach that screwed him over in the first place. Wish we got two years out of him but grateful for the one we did get and wish the kid the best.

Hard to pass up a grad degree from Georgetown and get a bump in level of play in the process.

This is going to be very interesting for all of us to follow. We all know him having Georgetown on his resume certainly won't hurt him. Good luck to him.

I'm worried how the players that are better than him feel about seeing a school like Georgetown wanting him.....

I'm worried how the players that are better than him feel about seeing a school like Georgetown wanting him..... If the rule passes in January for the one time transfer without any sitout it will be an issue. I would simply build my team on transfers from higher level teams preferably with three years left. Hopefully they get rid of the grad transfer so it's only ONE TOTAL transfer without sitting out.

GW lost a lot of its players between dismissals and transfers. Not sure what's going on there but hopefully they will stabilize and Don can get some minutes. Ewing may be on the hot seat this year.

I'm worried how the players that are better than him feel about seeing a school like Georgetown wanting him..... Who cares. Carm will just reload with kids who want to be here. We have a real coach who grinds all year long. Not a fat, half drunk bozo.
