Our game has moved on to the semifinals. Each player had to pick 7 saints who played in the past 20 years. This period saw several NCAA tournament wins, another champion team and some near misses. You are familiar with all the names. But who chose the best team? Voting ends Wednesday at 10pm.

I like my team but all 4 teams are pretty close. Of the 28 guys picked, at least 25 of them were all maac selections at least in 1 year. There were 4 MAAC POY selections and, I think, 11 different guys who were picked 1st team all maac.
There were a couple of really good late selections.
Interested to see the results.

Wow, tough call. I will vote but can't decide just yet. Maybe some of the debate will help me decide.

That 1999-2000 team really made things interesting. That team had 6 players on the top 28 --- faison Cantamessa Osinski Karangwa Knapp and Archbold. Not making the cut but Stewart had the best year of his career that year too.

All teams are pretty stacked with talent. Overall wins and post season success team 1 sticks out.

This is by far the most balanced. Really have to think before voting.

This is by far the most balanced. Really have to think before voting. And I got thinking...many ways to try to evaluate. We might consider the players' peak year, the balance of the team (all 5 positions, Off & Def, rebounding, , bench, etc), team chemistry w/ regard to strengths/weaknesses, favorite players, etc. But this was a fun thing to do during quarantine and otherwise slow Siena news. Thanks again, Gorvy!

I feel guilty right now voting for just one team when all of the teams had so many players we all have loved throughout Siena's history. All of my picks so far have had the highest count. I can see any one of these four teams winning this round. It all about how you would want to build a team. Can't wait to see. Once again, good job fellas!
