Nothing on this kid anywhere on the usual recruiting sites, is he a (preferred) walk on?
Saw post from Recruit the Bronx (could be older post) that said he was 5 9, another King maybe?

That was one awful flagrant foul to the head after he made that three.

For more info look up
Jeremiah Davis W.H.E.E.L.S. Academy Washington Heights Expeditionary Learning School. I hope he grew. His initial height at the beginning of last year was listed at 5'9" then later in the season everything had him listed at 6'1" From the videos he looks Marc Brownish. He is fast, a real hustler and can drain the 3. He is a starter for a double A school that is one of the best in the Bronx (where did the NYC connection come from) He is a real student athlete with a high GPA. I am at a complete loss as to what his coaches comments meant.

In a nutshell. Kid is an okay player. Will never be on scholarship here. An overzealous AAU coach made his college choice about basketball (in a BIG way!), but Davis made it for academics. He may, or may not, walk on next year. We need a couple of those guys. Ben Diamond was a important behind-the-scenes teammate last year.

Probably and upgrade from Steven Cruz who had a very positive impact on the program. It looks like he may be on par with Steven’s son in the shooting department. ;-). (See the video Steven has posted)
