Article from Jeff Goodman on the recent statistical successes and failures of mid-major players transferring up. watchstadium.com/transferring-up-proves-to-be-a-challenge-for-most-mid-major-hoopers-04-13-2020/I'm not one to admonish any players who believes and proverbially bets on themselves competing at a higher level, but the article makes some salient points about the inherent challenges those players face to succeed, and that with this unknown 2020, those players (especially grad transfers) being especially up against it.

www.espn.com/college-sports/story/_/id/29021145/ncaa-expects-vote-one-transfer-waiverApologies if this had been posted elsewhere. Note that this article says that if transfer rule passes, it would be immediate and transferee could play on new team in '20-'21 season. This could certainly have big impact on current Siena roster. My own feeling (maybe my hope) is that with all the uncertainty around coronavirus NCAA will wait to make it effective in '21-'22, if in fact new rule passes.
