Love what Carm accomplished in one year. But do not extend him and give him a big bump after one season. No school is offering him big money after one or two successful seasons in the MAAC. Especially successful seasons with a generational MAAC player on his roster. I hope he stays a long time but i would not reward him for one successful season Sent from my LM-V405 using proboards I would hope the administration learned that lesson from Patsos. I'd give him some sort of bonus/incentive for winning the MACC regular season and Tournament. He deserves at least that.

If we lowballed him initially cause he was a first time coach then I have no problem upping it to $350k. If he's already there then two more years of success before you start dishing out big bonuses. And once you do that you better write in a big buyout.

No reason except that they are not well off financially just like most smaller private colleges. He certainly deserves a raise, but how much will be up to President Gibson and the board. That's why the big boosters have to step up down the road. Like the Iona ones did with Cluess and now Pitino. President Gibson looks like a big sports guy which is nice to see. I’m pretty sure Siena’s main focus is how to pay for the room and board they will need to refund to all the students that lived on campus this semester.
