You guys are whistling past the graveyard. The NCAA is going to do anything to Pitino, maybe a few games suspension and a small fine. What happened to Boeheim, not much, Calipari, Sutton? They punish the assistants and give the head guy a slap on the wrist. And Pitino is not going anywhere. He doesn't have to prove that he can win in the majors, he already has done that. Now he has a chance to show that he can elevate a mid-major to be a a counterpart to Gonzaga (like he said). Iona clearly is going to be a force to be reckoned with and unless Siena gets its act together Iona will be looking at Siena in the rearview mirror.
