Crawford was limited and Agee was a non factor the first game. Tonight should be a battle, 6 points sounds like a lot to me. I do think Siena is the better team but guys like Crawford, Washington and Agee are all maac plus talents.
My favorite game of the year part two. Can’t wait.

Iona is surging of late with 4 straight wins. They’ve been much better defensively in that stretch and found some lineups that work for them. That said, they just likely lost Dylan Van Eyck to a wrist injury after he was starting to really play well. He would have started at the 4. That injury will either lead them to play Crawford at the 4 or some combo of Nikolic, Ristanovic, and Thiam.
Big goal has to be to get Agee in foul trouble. The kid is prone to it but he’s a beast and a matchup nightmare. He turns it over and fouls so let him do that.
Big one tonight. Let’s find a way and then hit the road ready to win the MAAC!

After he finishes giving praise to the Gals, I love this from Carm - "To be honest with you it is going to be about what we do. It has nothing to do with Iona." Lets Go Saint!

Saints really tough to beat when they're playing good D ... and when Jalen is hot. Finish strong, gents!

Nice first half. Jalen feeling it. Once the defense tightened up, it enabled the big run. Need the same effort in the second half.

Wow....lucky to survive!!!
Saints struggled scoring in the second half....luckily we have enough to get the win.
Jalen, Manny and Elijah all took it home. Did a great job on the glass.
Give Iona credit for fighting back....I'll take the W and run.
On to FF....need to start a road winning streak.
GO SAINTS!!

Happy to get that win ... Iona is a team nobody wants to see come tournament time. They're showing a lot of grit and toughness.
Saints struggled on offense for much of the second half - some good looks, just couldn't get the ball in the net. Pickett, Burns and Camper willed them to victory today. Great resolve down the stretch when Iona was making their charge.
Got to keep the momentum going on the road!
