Hammer the saints tommorow. Manhattan stinks. Have you forgotten they blew Siena out in Riverdale?

We have to be strong with the ball and match their physicality. They never let us get into any rhythm offensively in the first meeting and we did a really poor job on the defensive end. Can’t expect them to hit 12 3’s again like they did in game one since they are a generally bad shooting team.

It’s more than a bit of an enigma given the disparity in home vs away records. I expected to see something more in line with 500 ball on the road. Need to take care of business at home and hope we can do at least play 500 on the road to close it out. I don’t foresee having any issues with MC today. Big crowd will see a big win!

I'd like to see a larger margin of victory, but I think Siena is going to concentrate on a good fundamental defensive game. They win 66-59.

If I remember correctly Manhattan, who normally is called for the most fouls on avg, wasn’t called for their avg last game. I expect Sienato shoot close to 25 FTs today.
Between MCs 20+ TO’s coupled with Siena shooting close to 25 FTs I’d expect a score of
Siena 80-61

Seems we've talked too much about the refs this year but this is a game that the refs will definitely have a say in the outcome. If they let Manhattan play their smothering defense where they are constantly on the arm, grabbing, pulling etc on the offensive players they'll have a great chance of escaping with a road W. However, if the refs protect our players from the constant muggings the Saints should add to their home win streak.

Hopefully Saints break the pressure all game with Gary Harris as the beneficiary.

With Manhattan, it’s always about the reffing. If the refs call the game tight, Manhattan struggles. If they let Manhattan play as physical as they want, Manhattan can play with anyone in the maac.

Jaspers avg 64pts a game, they shoot 40% overall from the floor (and only 31% from deep), plus 62% FT..................if anything, you would think they were coached by John Dunne instead............so they will try to muck this game up as much as possible and also limit possessions by likely taking the air out of the ball on offense........another key today for us will be to have a much better rebounding effort on both ends than we did on Friday night, they should have a bunch of misses and then we need to grab a good share on the offensive glass to make them pay...........
